Eligibility for Returns:

Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items:

Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Clearance items are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@graphicfusionteez.com to get a return authorization.

Ship the Product: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 days.

Exchanges:

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow our return process for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items:
